WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an Industrial Insulation Installer, you'll use your hands-on experience to install various types of insulation in industrial environments. You'll work alongside a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities may include:
  • Installing various types of insulation in industrial settings.
  • Working with different insulation materials and installation techniques.
  • Supporting industrial service projects and assigned work.
  • Completing tasks safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
  • Working with team members to complete projects.
  • Learning additional trades and industrial service skills as needed.
  • Participating in emergency and after-hours work when assigned to the On-Call List.
  • Traveling to other work locations as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Qualified candidates should have:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in any form of insulation installation.
  • Knowledge of insulation materials and installation methods.
  • Willingness to learn new trades and expand your skill set.
  • A reliable, responsible, and safety-focused work ethic.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Availability Monday–Friday, with potential 10-hour shifts.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend and night shift work.
  • Willingness to participate in emergency after-hours On-Call work when required.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday | Minimum 40 Hours Per Week
